Website information
We take reasonable care to keep website content accurate and current. Vehicle availability, specifications, odometer readings, history, condition, images and prices must be confirmed for the particular vehicle before you make a purchase decision. If we identify a material error, we will correct it promptly.
Enquiries are not contracts
Submitting an enquiry, seller introduction or sourcing brief does not reserve a vehicle or create a sale, purchase, consignment or sourcing contract. Any transaction is subject to availability, verification, required disclosures and a separate written agreement accepted by the relevant parties.
Prices and charges
Prices and applicable charges are stated in the individual listing. Do not assume a price is drive-away unless the listing expressly says so. Dealer charges and statutory or government charges will be disclosed where required by law.
Inspection
Prospective purchasers should inspect a vehicle and may arrange an independent inspection. VIP Trading will facilitate reasonable inspection as required by law.
Your submissions
Information you submit must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. You must be entitled to provide any photographs or other material you send us. You permit us to use submitted material to assess and respond to your enquiry; seller photographs will not be published without separate agreement.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or harmful material, or use its content in a way that infringes another person's rights.
Intellectual property and third parties
Unless stated otherwise, website content and branding belong to VIP Trading or are used under licence. Vehicle manufacturer names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, authorisation or affiliation. Third-party links are provided for convenience and are controlled by their operators.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Availability and liability
We may maintain, change or temporarily suspend the website. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by interruptions or third-party services outside our reasonable control. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and Australia. This does not remove any mandatory right you have under applicable law.
